Album Info:
The making of this album was a long and tedious process for Matt. He began writing some of the material in 2001 and first hit the studio in 2002. Basically, Matt would work and save up enough money to pay for the studio time and record one song at a time. He finally had a finished product in June of 2004.
This cd is Merten's first solo album and includes an all-star cast of musicians backing him up. There are musicians from The Vee's, Wookiefoot, The Heed, Self Evident, Roger, the Bro Willie Brass Band, and the Saint Cloud Symphony Orchestra.
The album was recorded and engineered by Jake Hammond at Bobby Vee’s RockHouse Studios in Saint Joseph, MN. It was manufactured at Noiseland Industries in Minneapolis, MN.
